a good time to start

Just start. Plan a start. Enter a space where you are encouraged TO START HERE. Formula: You attend a session with expert and gentle guidance and there will be a request to "START HERE, start by stretching, start by preparing, start by drawing this line, etc. You actually relax when there is EXPERT GENTLE GUIDANCE. You tense up when you are starting out of fear or shame and that is why EXPERT GENTLE GUIDANCE, ANGEL GUIDANCE to be specific.


As we close out the almost unbelievable year of 2020 -- and look towards our collective future we can experience goodness and light by just starting something and finishing it. When I begin a new piece of art I am essentially a teenager discovering that just doing it is worthwhile, the outcome will reflect the degree of focus (relaxation attention) or frenzy ( fearful outcomes attention) so when you realize that it IS EMOTIONAL you can be more accepting from your point-of-view and enjoy and learn from others criticisms or comments.
